Our mini suite guest rooms have separate bed room and living room and are 50 square meters (approximately 535 square feet) at garden zone; the mini suite rooms have a large bathroom. The decor and color schemes are match with tile flooring to give a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Mini suite rooms are available for either double or twin use, dependent on the needs of the guest. Each room can also accommodate one extra (rollaway) bed.

Conditions:

1. Massage need to book in advance and voucher must be present upon making your booking.
2. You have to give your voucher to the Reception on the day of your massage.
3. Voucher is valid only the date of voucher. And cannot be used beyond the expiry date. 1 voucher for 1 person for 1 time per day.
4. There are no refunds on voucher and cannot be exchange for cash.

Term & Conditions

1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night and are non-commissionable, 7% government tax and daily American Breakfast for 2 (two) persons at the area provided by the hotel.
   
   
2. Check-in time: is 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. For access to room(s) prior 2 p.m., must be reserved from the previous evening at the applicable full night rate.
   
   
3. Check-out time: is 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out to 6 p.m. will be charged at 50% of the rate per room. For check-out after 6 p.m., a full night's rate will be applied. Unused room nights are not refundable for early departures.
   
   
4. Cancellation: should be made within the condition prior the arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation charge as the following detail: High season November-March: 7 days prior to arrival. Low season April - October: 3 days prior to arrival. The client must be notifying Ratchada Resort & Spa in writing prior to arrival to avoid any unnecessary cancellation charge.
   
   
5. No show charge: on the day of arrival will be 1 (one) night room charge as per rate. No-shows must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as the guest did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher.
