Term & Conditions

1. Rates: are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night and are non-commissionable, 7% government tax and daily American Breakfast for 2 (two) persons at the area provided by the hotel.
2. Check-in time: is 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. For access to room(s) prior 2 p.m., must be reserved from the previous evening at the applicable full night rate.
3. Check-out time: is 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out to 6 p.m. will be charged at 50% of the rate per room. For check-out after 6 p.m., a full night's rate will be applied. Unused room nights are not refundable for early departures.
4. Cancellation: should be made within the condition prior the arrival day to avoid 1 night cancellation charge as the following detail:
   • High season: 7 days prior to arrival
   • Low season: 3 days prior to arrival
   The guest must be notifying Ratchada Resort & Spa Hotel in writing by email or by fax before the period to avoid any unnecessary cancellation charge.
5. No show charge: on the day of arrival will be 1 (one) night room charge as per rate. No-shows must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as the guest did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher.
